Our fast Linux (for our PHP and MySQL customers) web servers are based in one of the UK's top secure data centres in Nottingham and our Windows (for our asp and MS SQL customers) are based in a leading London docklands data centre (we deliberately chose a location away from our base in Norwich) and built to a N+1 specification which means that if any facility fails such as electricity, air conditioning, or server, another backup service automatically takes over the failed services job.

Our hosting provides a wide range of facilities including advanced email handling (auto-responders, spam filtering, virus scanning, forwarders, pop mailboxes, smtp mail, web mail, and much more), detailed visitor statistics (most popular pages / products, most popular hours, days, months and importantly the search engines used and the keywords and phrases used), and lastly we offset the carbon emissions of the servers on your behalf. If are a larger company with an in-house mail server (such as Exchange) we can also create a live feed into your mail server.
